Oak Tree House is a small cosy B&B with a standard continental breakfast is inclued in the price.
In summer breakfast can be taken on our patio.
We have 2 x Double Bedrooms, the first has its own en-suite with shower, or alternatively you can go for a larger private bathroom (not en-suite but the room next door) which has its own bath but no shower.
Located in a small very quiet Close with safe parking on drive or adjacent to the property.
Extra will be charged for Christmas through to New Year Bookings (24 Dec - 02 Jan) minimum 2
nights at £100.00 per night . Full English breakfasts can be booked in advance for this period.

You will have the use of free off road parking, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms, TV’s, and more.

We Situated not far from A3(M) in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect to get away from the noise of the cities but close enouh for an easy commute.
